We may monitor or record telephone calls for security and service quality improvement.
CCTV operates in all public and outdoor areas for safety.
Photographers may be present at our venues; if you wish to have an image of you removed, contact us.
DATA RETENTION
• Mailing/loyalty schemes: As long as you stay subscribed or up to 24 months after last engagement. Suppression lists may be kept longer.
• Reservations/guest lists: 90 days post-booking, unless you join our mailing list.
• Payment data: Stored per PCI standards.
• Wi-fi: 24 months from last log in.
• Customer service: Normally 30 days after query resolved.
• Photo booths: Stored 30 days.
• CCTV: Approx. 31 days then automatically erased.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Diecast Ltd may use external processors (e.g., website hosts, mailing, payment processors, Wi-fi providers, guest Wi-fi, queue management, analytics, or ticketing partners). Ticketing purchases may be handled by third-party providers (see their privacy policies when purchasing).
